What's in the salts?

Epsom Salt- used to relax muscles and relieve pain in the shoulders, neck, back, and skull. The magnesium in Epsom salt may help release a headache or migraine. Some researchers also think that magnesium is good for reducing inflammation in internal organs.
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt- known to help improve respiratory issues, reduce signs of aging, balance body's PH, Improve sleep, and increase libido.
100% Pure Eucalyptus Essential Oil- respiratory issues such as stuffy nose, couch, and asthma can be helped by inhaling eucalyptus oil. The oil reacts with mucous membranes, not only reducing mucus but helping loosen it so that you can cough it up allowing you to breath more freely.
100% Pure Peppermint Essential Oil- much like eucalyptus, peppermint oil can help soothe symptoms brought on by the common cold, sinus infections, and headaches. It can also help reduce pain, improve mental functions, and reduce stress.
Baking Soda- Anti-fungal, anti-bacterial agent. Helps balance the body's PH levels, reduces muscle pain and fatigue.

How to Use:

This is the best part! You choose how much salt you want to use for each bath, each time. New to bath salts? Start small and add more into the bath as you need. Just make sure your bath is, at least, warm so the bath salts will melt and provide the therapy that you need.

-Make sure to keep bath salts sealed when not in use!
-If you are feeling anything other than normal when bathing, listen to your body and stop bathing!
-Watch for skin irritation. Experiencing some? Discontinue use immediately!
