What's in the salts?

Epsom Salt- used to relax muscles and relieve pain in the shoulders, neck, back, and skull. The magnesium in Epsom salt may help release a headache or migraine. Some researchers also think that magnesium is good for reducing inflammation in internal organs.
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt- known to help improve respiratory issues, reduce signs of aging, balance the body's PH, Improve sleep, and increase libido.
Pure Lavender Essential Oil- one of the most popular and versatile essential oils used in aromatherapy. Promotes relaxation and is believed to treat anxiety, fungal infections, allergies, depression, insomnia, eczema, nausea, and menstrual cramps.
Pure Rose Essential Oil- known to relieve stress, fight anxiety, and relax the body including the mind. Can also help relieve spasms and reduce inflammation.
Baking Soda- Anti-fungal, anti-bacterial agent. Helps balance the body's PH levels, and reduces muscle pain and fatigue.

How to Use:

This is the best part! You choose how much salt you want to use for each bath, each time. New to bath salts? Start small and add more into the bath as you need. Just make sure your bath is, at least, warm so the bath salts will melt and provide the therapy that you need. 

Important!

-Make sure to keep bath salts sealed when not in use!
-If you are feeling anything other than normal when bathing, listen to your body and stop bathing!
-Watch for skin irritation. Experiencing some? Discontinue use immediately!
