Drawing Salve | Activated Charcoal | Bite Relief

Drawing Salves, also known as Black Salves, are a super moisturizer that possess the ability to "draw" out impurities and toxins from the skin.

The drawing salve designed by The Wynter Rose can be used to pull out insect venom while also helping soothe the skin's surface. Out of all of the bite/sting relief products provided by The Wynter Rose, this product may be the quickest acting when it comes to healing the affiliation done to the skin.

What's in the tin?

*Coconut Oil- Coconut oil has many superpowers, like helping protect your skin, providing hydration, and leaves the skin with a beautiful glow. 

*Jojoba Oil- packed with vitamin E and B-complex, which soothe, protect, and moisturize the skin, keeping it calm, happy, and healthy.

*Beeswax- a powerful skin softener that also possesses anti-allergenic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-bacterial properties.

Activated Charcoal- contains anti-bacterial properties that helps protect the skin, pulling "drawing" impurities from the skin.

Bentonite Clay-  has a soothing effect on the skin while drawing out toxins and impurities from the skin

*Rosehip Seed Oil- Rosehips are full of vitamin C. The vitamin C in rosehip oil acts as an antioxidant, which can help protect your skin, as well as reduce the appearance of scars and fine lines.

Therapeutic Grade Essential Oil- Lavender (skin soothing, supports skin natural healing), Bergamont (antibacterial, antimicrobial, protective)

Use: Apply small amount of salve onto affected area. Allow to sit for 15-20mins. Wash salve off.

Storage: Replace lid after each use. Keep away from high heat and direct sunlight.

This product does contain activated charcoal which is black in color and can stain surfaces, clothing, linens, etc... I call this the downside to this product.

Salve Trick! To keep the black off of your clothing and bedding, apply the salve and then loosely wrap a thin cloth around the blackened area.
